The first step in our process is to decide which invitation suite you like, which printing style you would like, as well as if you want any add-ons embellishments. We tell people to choose the suite you like based on the fonts they have as you can customize them with custom illustrations or a custom crest.
Once you have the details nailed down of your big day, you will add each of your paper selections to your cart. After you add everything to the cart and check-out, we will send along an email with more information about where you can input all your wedding day information (Times, Locations, Names, Etc.)
After you complete the wedding invitation questionnaire, we start designing your pretty paper! This process takes around 3-7 business days. We will then send over a digital proof to you to look everything over and approve spelling, layouts, and colors. You have 3 complimentary proofs with your order.
After you have approved your design proofs, we send your order into production. While production timelines vary depending on your embellishments and printing style, you will be kept in the loop! When things arrive, we quality check everything, print addresses on your envelopes, and then get things ready to send to you!
Digital printing can be done on various paper types and creates a flat smooth printing finish. This is our most budget-friendly option.
Letterpress printing is done by using a plate of your design and placing on a vintage press, rolling that plate with ink and creating an impression into the paper. This is Alex’s personal favorite printing method. It creates such a beautiful pillowy texture throughout.
Foil Printing is very similar to letterpress where a plate is made for each piece of your stationery, however, instead of ink, we use a foil sheet impressed into the paper. This method gives shine and elegance to each piece.
Our papers are offered in two different color variations. You can choose from our white or ivory color options. We also refer to them as bright white or soft white. The digital and foil prints are done in an eggshell paper and our Letterpress is done on a cotton paper which gives it a beautiful textured finish.
Our standard paper thickness is single ply which is a 120lb paper. If you would like to upgrade to a thicker paper option we also offer a double ply 240lb paper. Both thickness options are offered in both white and ivory.
Below you will see a sample of the colors that we offer for our collection suites. When you fill out your details questionnaire, you will be asked to choose a color for your ink. Custom colors are available upon request and will require a $50.00 fee.
Please note, Colors can vary between computer screens and printed products. Colors can also print different based on your paper selections. We highly recommend ordering a sample set to see everything in person. We do our best to match colors perfectly but just know that color can vary batch to batch.

Beautiful hand-dyed silk ribbon is the perfect way to wrap up your suite and deliver it to your guests. This will surely make them go WOW! With so many colors to choose from, there is surely a color to compliment your suite beautifully!
A beautiful way to really make your wedding invitation unique is to White Ink Guest Addressing is a perfect way to dress up the outside of your envelopes while adding more color to the entirety of the suite.
Wax seals are a wonderful way to add a little flair and personalization to your wedding invitations. The wax seals can be added to a silk ribbon, a belly band, the back of the envelope or even on the top of your wedding invitations.
Digitally printed paper goods should be ordered 6-8 weeks before you would like to have them in hand. This includes save the dates & invitations
Letterpress & Foil printed paper goods should be ordered at least 10-12 weeks before you would like them in hand.
*If you would like custom artwork (Line or Watercolor) please add 3-4 weeks to the timelines above. I always encourage people to remember to factor in time to assemble, gather stamps and mail the paper goods.
We suggest when ordering to have a few extra sets on hand (10-15 extra is usually great). We do give a set complimentary to you for your photographer as well as a keepsake for you. Make sure your number of invitations needed is how many households not how many guests. Printing in smaller batches afterwards is costly so ordering a few extra in the beginning will be better in the long run!
We require wedding day paper to be ordered 3-4 weeks before your wedding date. Proofs must be approved no later than 2 weeks before your wedding day or a late fee will be applied to your order.

If you are wanting to order digital save the dates but letterpress wedding invitations, you can certainly do that. We unfortunately don’t mix and match printing types when it comes to your main invitations and each card.
This guarantees that the ink color is the same throughout your entire suite and the paper type is cohesive.
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer orders right now in quantities of 25 that we have shown on our website.

Once you place your order on our website, we get right to work by putting your invitation questionnaire together.
You can expect a questionnaire in your email inbox within 12-24 hours after your order is placed. This questionnaire will ask questions needed for your invitation designs (Ink colors, Wording Details, etc.) and once that is complete you can expect a proof in 3-5 business days (M-F). If you add on custom artwork, your proof will be delivered to you in 3-4 weeks after your questionnaire is completed.
